 In 2012 according to a survey by the homeless hub, about 2 million Kenyans were homeless and the number is steadily increasing by about 200,000 Kenyans per year.Nearly three-quarters of Kenya's urban population live in slums, amounting to over 10.5 million of its population with 3% of homeless children going missing each year. Founded in 2022, Homily is set to provide homes for those without. Our vision is to ensure no one is homeless by 2024 and to become the number one provider of affordable alternative homes nationally. We want to give every homeless child a fresh and new look at life. Home is where the future comes from and at homily we believe that by providing homes we will be creating a better and brighter future for all.
